The construction is a steel platform imitating the deck of a ship, with mounted on it:
- • Gravity descent device and rescue boat;
- • A single boat jib to serve the lifeboat on duty.
The platform measures 10.5 x 5 x 2.5 meters, equipped with attendants for boarding and disembarking from a lifeboat.
